After a 5-month introspective Retrograde through  Aquarius Pluto is now moving into Direct motion for the next approximately 7 months.

During the last 5 months we have all been encouraged to look at our inner worlds and where we think differently, see things differently, solve things differently, or just feel different to others.  To me it could almost feel like going back to your teenage years when you felt like nobody understood you and nobody else could possibly be going through what you are going through.  Okay perhaps not as tough as that BUT it could have been an uncomfortable and challenging time for those of you who are too caught up in self-judgement and fear.

Pluto is the planet of transformation – he encourages us to take what we don’t like about ourselves; our weaknesses, fears and inabilities, and transform these into our strengths, positivity and capability. Pluto represents Hades, the Ruler of the Underworld, and when we work Plutonian energy, we are often dealing with not only the more negative side of ourselves, but also the darker side to ourselves.

Every one of us carries fear and darkness to some degree and it is entirely up to each of us how we deal with this.  Do we allow it to consume us and keep us down?  Or, do we face what we fear, release the darkness and turn it into a super-power?

Aquarian energy is all about being outside the box; doing things differently being innovative and forward thinking and having perspectives and ideas that are ingenious and all about the future.  Aquarian energy does not do tradition – it prefers to dance to its own drumbeat and when we allow this, we will find all the new and productive answers to our future.  However, the greatest fear that comes with Aquarian energy is the fear of change.  But we all know that change is the only constant.

So, the challenge has been, during the Retrograde period, to dive into that shadow side of you that resists change, that doesn’t want to be different, but that holds a dream or an idea that could be extremely useful to move forward with, but is too scared to express it.  It’s been about allowing yourself to embrace what makes sense to you, what you can see as a solution or a new way forward, and to not be afraid to own this, even when those around you are seeing things differently.  Its has been a powerful opportunity to return to our personal sovereignty, our critical thinking and who we truly are.

The other challenge, and possibly the more relevant one for most, will have been looking deeply into yourself and where you feel  you don’t fit in, or that you are too “different” to be accepted. Or, where you feel you are on your own. And once you have identified where you feel this way, where you feel you are just too different, and what triggers this within you, it is your job to transform this energy and master it.

The only way to transform Aquarian fears of not fitting in or being different to others, is to embrace it.  To really step into it unapologetically and joyfully.  If you have the ability to see a different solution to a problem or a better way to solve a challenge, then explore it, master it and most  importantly SHARE it!

We are now well  into the Age of Aquarius and as this energy grows and grows over these next years, we will all start to feel more and more comfortable with being different.  We will all start to see and celebrate our differences as when we do so we open up to all the different ways there may be to solve a problem and all the different ways we can work together as one.  Aquarian energy celebrates uniqueness and individuality but it also loves and aligns with community.

With Pluto’s shift into Direct motion, it is time to take all that you have noticed and identified within you that makes you feel a little or a lot different to others, and put it out there.  The world we live in is very broken right now and we cannot and must not try to re-build it on the corrupt, divided and capitalistic foundations that it has been built on for too long.  WE NEED CHANGE.  And so, we must all look to our fears of being different and our fears of change, and work with these as they are the only way forward to a new world.

At the time of writing this it is the Solar Eclipse in Virgo and I am feeling very strongly the similarities between the fear of being different of Aquarius and the feeling that you are never good enough that is so Virgoan.  The Universe is showing us time and time again that the  power is with us, the change is with the people and when we all come together nothing can stop us.

On the other side of fear sits your power and purpose

So, use these next 7 months to slowly but surely share those parts of you that you are not always comfortable with.  Take a chance on sharing a thought, fantasy or dream with others and see what the reaction is.  We are ALL under the same influence but we all have a choice how we can use it.  Do not allow fear to stop you.  On the other side of every fearful experience you have been through has come liberation, power and purpose – you know this so don’t doubt it.  Face what you fear and allow it to crumble into insignificance as you step into your power – as you transform your deep Aquarian fears of not being accepted into the ability to stand up and be seen. 

The opposite sign of the zodiac to Aquarius is Leo and the opposing signs of the zodiac always share something in common.  Both Leo and Aquarius have a great need to be recognised for what they bring to the table – Leo needs the recognition for validation that they are as fabulous as they think they are, and Aquarius needs it to feel secure in bringing their alternative perspective to the table. 

When we step onto the path of mastership that Pluto is directing us towards, we step into our power and when we use Aquarian energy alongside this we step into the power of being different and it becomes our super-power rather than our kryptonite. 

So, over these next 7 months don’t be afraid to have a different opinion, and don’t be afraid to share this.  When we all speak up about what we think and feel we find our common-unity with others, we find our tribe, and when we come together as one, we are unstoppable.  We have all the answers within us and when we embrace the journey of Pluto through Aquarius we step into our power – the power of the people and the power for change!  Blessings xox
