My Life Is My Responsibility
On 17 April 2026 the Moon moves into Aries and joins the Sun, Neptune, Saturn, Mercury, Mars and Chiron already sitting here. There are also at least 3 other planets also sitting in Aries at this time, but they are not planets that I will be expanding upon.
Astrologically this is quite a phenomenon; having 10 planets in 1 sign of the zodiac is an extremely rare occurrence and therefore it has incredible significance, energy and activation for the earth plane.
Let’s break it down:-
Sun in Aries
Independence, leadership, action and stepping up is asked for
Moon in Aries
We feel emotionally charged and passionate about our beliefs and goals
Neptune in Aries
Our highest dreams and ideals become our reality once we see through the illusion
Saturn in Aries
Creating the structure and foundations for your dreams and restricting action to make sure it aligns with your purpose
Mercury in Aries
Quick thinking, clarity and the ability to sum things up and act on them immediately
Chiron in Aries
The wounded healer asking you to let go of any self-doubt or lack of self-belief you carry and to accept that you are good enough
Mars in Aries
The need to take action; to act and react and to follow your dreams with passion
So, when all of these planets are in the same sign of the zodiac they are going to amplify and expand on one another’s energies. This means that the stage is set for a lot of change and action.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and therefore represents new beginnings, potential, a clean slate and rebirth. And when we have this many planets under the influence of Aries it means we are being given the opportunity to start again; to recreate our futures; to bring to life a dream or goal; to step out on your own and/or to lead others. This is the energy we have been waiting for to help us all to pioneer a new way of being, a new way forward and a new earth.
2026 is the year of Sovereignty and the Year of the Fire Horse. It is a year for action, for moving forward and for being true to who you truly are by aligning your inner world with your outside world. And this line-up of planets in Aries is the rocket fuel we need to propel ourselves and our planet forward in a new direction.
The challenge is for each and every one of us to believe in ourselves and who we truly are. We have to let go of the old excuses, victim mentality, self-defeating beliefs and stories that we tell ourselves that keep us small and afraid. Such thoughts and beliefs all create an energy that holds you back and belittles you and if you feel this towards yourself you are also projecting this lack of belief out to the planet too, so it also struggles to move forward.
So, at the time of this powerful New Moon in Aries set your intentions to achieve your greatest dreams and goals; to step up and speak up about what you want and need and to LET GO of the baggage and debilitation that comes with the belief that you are not good enough. We are stepping into a new way forward and it is up to each and every one of us to play our roles in this by being true to ourselves. We cannot move forward and create the life we want if we don’t believe in our own power and our own destiny, and in ourselves.
Use this intense and unique energy to focus on YOU – not selfishly, not egotistically but with love, appreciation, respect and compassion for the amazing soul that you are and the dreams that mean the most to you.
