As we step out of the intensity of Scorpio Season and its exploration of our inner worlds, we are ready for a breath of fresh air. But before we move on it is important that we pay attention to what came up for us during Scorpio Season. What old wound, deep secret, longing or desire came up for you and what did you do about it?
We are currently in Mercury Retrograde until 29 November 2025 and it is always good to leave around 5 days each side of Mercury Retrograde to allow for this planet to find his stationery position before he starts his Direct motion. So, although some old stuff may have come to the surface, it is not time to act on it just yet. Rather, we wait and we re-assess, re-evaluate and re-look at what has come up to be sure it is what we wish to act on, and to be sure that we have all the details and all the ins and outs of it formulated. Around 5 December 2025 will be an ideal time to take action of what has come up for you and to start taking action on it.
Under a Sagittarian Sun
Sagittarius Season carries a whole new flavour – the flavour of adventure, action, exploration and expansion. Under a Sagittarius Sun we find confidence and assurance in ourselves and we find it easy to put ourselves out there, try new things and to search for more meaning and expertise in what we already do. Sagittarius Season is a wonderful time to try something new, to step out of your comfort zone and take a chance on something that will expand you in some way.
Under the influence of the Fire sign Sagittarius, it feels right to try new things and to be more social and outgoing. The deep inner journey through Scorpio was intense and brought up a lot of old feelings, wounds or just simply things that we have buried for too long, and now Sagittarius allows us to set these parts of ourselves free.
Similar to Scorpio, Sagittarius likes to go deep. Scorpio is all about solving the mystery and what has been hidden, however Sagittarius is all about getting to the truth of the matter. So, the energy of needing answers and getting to the bottom of things will carry on through this solar month as well. And this is going to be pivotal in December 2025. December will not pass by without major revelations coming out both globally and personally that are exposing the truth and what we all need to know to take the next step along our soul journeys. As we can all see this is an ongoing theme in the world at present and with the powerful line-up of planets in Sagittarius in December it will get a turbo charge!
When we have 3 planets in 1 House or in 1 sign of the zodiac it creates what we call a “stellium” of planets. And this interprets to being a major focus on that particular House and that particular sign of the zodiac. From 12 December until 20 December 2025 we will have 4 planets in Sagittarius. The Sun, Mercury (Direct), Venus and Mars will all be in Sagittarius amplifying the need for the truth to come out.
The Sun is our primary focus and therefore is pushing us all towards investigating and discovering what we need too for our own personal development at this time, as well as the collective influence too.
Mercury is the planet of communication and movement and when he sits in Sagittarius the need to investigate, discover and then speak the truth becomes paramount in our lives. We will all feel a lot more compelled to read the full article and do our own research and dig deep, to find the truth, and the collective energy will make this a global thing.
Venus is the planet of love, beauty and money and when she sits in Sagittarius, we become a lot more outgoing, adventurous and experimental when it comes to love and money. And remember Venus is our language of love too, and so when she sits in Sagittarius, we very much need the intellectual connection with our significant other, not just the fun and adventure.
Mars is the planet of drive, determination and motivation and when he sits in Sagittarius, he is very stimulated by the Fire energy. Mars in Sagittarius gives us unlimited energy to discover the truth, to put ourselves out there and to try new and stimulating things. He also drives us to become experts in our chosen fields, making this an ideal time to put your heart and soul into what is the most important thing to you at this time; to give it life.
Mars moves out of Sagittarius on 15 December leaving just 3 planets in Sagittarius and then the Moon joins the stellium from 18 – 20 December – just in time to join the Sun in its final days here.
The Moon defines our emotions, our intuition and how we will be naturally feeling. When she is in Sagittarius she brings an incredible amount of optimism, adventure and light. Her illumination can make everything feel a bit brighter and a bit lighter, which will be a VERY welcome change on many levels.
This stellium of planets in Sagittarius in December has a powerful purpose to awaken humanity even more to the truth. 2025 is a number 9 year and therefore a year of endings and as the planets dance through Sagittarius they will bring more endings and more revelations which will be essential if we are to be able to fully embrace the energies of 2026, a number 1 year.

2025 was the year of “authenticity”. During this year we all became a lot more aware of the importance of being authentic and aligning our inner world with our outer world. We all became more aware of what we were feeling and what we believed to be true about ourselves, our motivations and our inner thoughts and feelings. And we all began to really see and believe in the importance of being our true selves and BEing on the outside what we are on the inside.
2026 – The Year of Sovereignty
2026 will be the year of “sovereignty”. This will be a year where we will all start to feel more and more confident and more and more sure of ourselves and what we feel and know to be true. As we worked on our authenticity and started to stand more strongly in who we truly are, it has started to feel more and more natural and normal to make decisions based on what you feel is right for you. As 2026 goes on it will NOT feel right to be instructed, directed, manipulated or coerced into anything that does not align with your values, beliefs and who you truly are, and you will feel the confidence and surety to say what needs to be said and to stand up for yourself in every way. This is very much to do with Saturn and Neptune moving solidly into Aries – the no-nonsense, black and white, “I come first”, sign of the zodiac that knows how to step up and take charge.
We are taking back our power and remembering that we can make choices and decisions based on what we feel and know, and that we can say No or Yes based on what works for us as individuals. AND, most importantly, we are remembering that it’s okay for us all not to be on the same page if we have a common goal or belief. The Age of Aquarius is showing us that being different is positive; it brings in innovation, forward thinking, creative solutions and ingenious methods. And there are many many ways of achieving all of this. We are finally moving out of the “one size fits all” world that we have been coerced into, and realising the beauty, power and purpose of being yourself.
However, first you have to believe that you have a voice; that your opinion, perspective and inner feelings are of worth and that its okay for you to express these. The more confidence you have in what you feel to be true – your authenticity – the more you stand in your own power and sovereignty and from this place of personal perspective and power you can practise “discernment”.
Out of personal Sovereignty comes necessary Discernment
The planet of sudden and unexpected change as well as independence and higher awareness is now in the busy sign of Gemini. This means that for the next around 7 years we will all be presented with many different opportunities, experiences, lessons and challenges and we cannot do them all. Gemini energy often has the belief that it can do anything and everything, and many Gemini people can often find themselves trying to be everything to everyone, which is just not possible. Uranus in Gemini will force discernment simply because we cannot do everything. So, allow yourself the time to do your due diligence, to think and feel into every opportunity to see if it is for you, or if you can simply let it go or do it another time. Discernment is a form of self-care and protection and one that the more we practise the more we can make use of our personal energy for our highest good.
In 2025 all the major planets expect the North Node and Chiron changed signs, which was formidable to say the least. In 2026 they will all be settled into these signs and bringing the learning, energy and evolution that is necessary for us all to move forward at this time. We will each be facing our own lessons and these will very much be determined by where the planets will be moving through your Natal Chart over the next year.
2026 will also be a year where “community” will become a lot more important to us all. Caring for one another will also become more important to us all. As the powers that be do their best to turn us all against one another, the planets have a different message for us. They say come together in your communities, support and help one another and bring the power back to the people.

We had Saturn transiting through Pisces from March 2023 until May 2025 and during this period we were all thinking into, fantasizing about and exploring our higher perspectives, visions and goals. It was a time for dipping our toes into things that really inspire and motivate us, just to see if there was something there for us; something special, magical and essential for our evolution and progress.
Neptune is also moving back through Pisces at this time but will also move into Direct motion in Pisces from 11 December 2025 until 26 January 2026.
As we move through Sagittarius Season and towards the end of 2025 be gentle with yourselves. It has been yet another crazy year of changes and of course, endings, and it has not been easy.
From every Ending comes a new Beginning
As we know, doors often have to close and things come to an end to create space for something new to begin. So, do yourself a favour and allow yourself to let go of anything that is leaving your life at this time. Even if it hurts and even if it’s what you truly believe you need, if it’s moving away from you then just let it go. Ask yourself, is what I am holding on too good for me? Does it bring me joy? Or, have I outgrown it, or, do I really need it as much as I think I do? So much of what we do and hold on too is habitual, something we have always done that way or felt that we had to be responsible for. The more we can clear the way now, the clearer the way will be shown to us to move into.
On 5 December we have the final Full Moon of 2025 and it will be falling in playful, curious and multifunctional Gemini. Gemini energy, like Sagittarian energy, is full of fun and adventure. So, this Full Moon will be a fun and adventurous Full Moon where it will feel good to get a little loose, socialise and spend time having fun with friends and family. You may find yourself being pulled in many different directions as people from your past as well as from your present may turn up in your life. This will be a wonderful opportunity for you to see who you surround yourself with and why. I’m a great believer in having friends from all different walks of life and who each bring something different into your life, and at the time of this Full Moon this can be really celebrated. A time to see who is in your life and why. This powerful opposition between the Sun and Moon will shed light on the truth of your friendships and it may become quite clear to you who is no longer needed in your life and who definitely needs to stay.
Remember everyone who is in your life you chose to put there to learn something from, to use in a positive way and/or to mirror for you. As we move into 2026 and the Year of Sovereignty we are stepping into our own power and purpose. We must all reach for and stay in our Higher Selves energy; being and presenting the best parts of ourselves so we can attract the best of others to us to create the relationships, friendships and companionships that lead to positive and harmonious communities.
