On 30 July 2025 NZT we have a Full Moon in Aquarius opposing the Sun in Leo.
Full Moons, as we know, bring things to the surface and are often the fruition of what we sent our intentions on at the time of the New Moon, which this month was on 14 July in Cancer.
At the time of that New Moon we also had the Sun in Cancer and Mercury Retrograde in Cancer and so a lot of our intentions and thoughts in general were based around mother issues, compassion, intuition, self-love and healing the inner wounds of the past. We were setting our intentions to let go of self-defeating beliefs and old fears that have kept us trapped in feelings of guilt and inadequacy of some kind.
And so now at the time of this Full Moon in Aquarius we are being asked to bring to the surface any and all feelings we have regarding how we feel we fit in with others, what we do and bring to the table that is different or alternative in some way, and how we can come together as communities and tribes to celebrate our differences. The New Moon in Cancer asked us to move out of taking everything so personally and seeing life through wounded eyes, so as we could use our sensitivity to intuit what is real and to embrace our individuality and unique gifts and talents with confidence, surety and purpose.
Being openly and unapologetically YOU!
At the time of this Full Moon, I would encourage you to take those parts of yourself that you feel are different to others, or that are very unique to you and to openly and unapologetically share these with others.
Aquarian energy is the energy of the innovator, the way-shower, the rebel and of equality and individual worth. It celebrates our differences yet undoubtedly knows that when we all come together as one, we are incredibly powerful and capable of changing the world in a very positive way. The Full Moon gives power and emotion to this which can mean that this could be a time where you are just not going to take any “s*#@t” from anyone!
The Full Moon in Aquarius will be opposing the Sun in Leo bringing confidence to any feelings that arise at this time. It will be easier and feel more natural to not only see things from a different perspective but to own and act on these feelings too. The beauty of the Sun in Leo and Jupiter also currently transiting through Leo is that it brings a powerful energy of optimism, possibility, leadership and confidence to all that we do. So, feeling different to others, doubting who you are and feeling like you don’t fit in will feel more like your assets than your liabilities.
3D versus 5D – which do you choose?
This Full Moon in Aquarius will also accentuate feelings of what is fair and what is not fair in our personal lives as well as on the earth plane in general. This could result in further global and personal revelations as we cannot heal inequality if it is not seen. More and more areas of inequality, lies, untruths and hidden agendas are being exposed in the hope that the more real these are made to us the more we will act upon them. So, don’t be surprised if you feel particularly fired up and feisty about anything in your life or in the world around you that you deem to be unfair or unjust – it is time for us all to not only wake up to the corruption of this world, but to also act upon it. Aquarian energy has no problem playing the rebel and it will always stick up for and advocate a horizontal existence where we are all equal and all worthy. The patriarchal energy that has ruled over us for too long is crumbling and we are more and more becoming aware of the 3D world versus the 5D world and it is ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE which one of these worlds you wish to be a part of. And not only are these 2 worlds becoming more and more obvious, but they are also showing us how there can be no more middle ground. It’s time to pick a side – grow and evolve through love and revolution, or, stay and stagnate in a broken and dysfunctional way of being. And we will be feeling all of this as individuals in our own lives and also as part of the collective making this a fantastic time to find the like-minded souls around you to add to your tribe.
We are now well into the Age of Aquarius and so every time a planet or the Moon enters this sign of the zodiac it is a reminder to us all of this new way forward laid right out in front of us as our path to ascension, and a new opportunity to play our role in this beautiful reset.
Full Moons bring our emotions to the surface so be aware of this at this time and be aware of who you are really fighting against and what you really want to see change here on the earth plane. It’s not a time for ego-driven Leo behaviour, it’s the time for being totally and unapologetically you and using the confidence and optimism of Leo to put this out into the world.
